We want to make sure you feel confident when you book with us.
You can change your plans, for whatever reason.
Yes, you can change the date of your booking for free.
If you do not know exactly when you will be able to travel in the future,
convert your existing payments into credit (credit voucher –
voucher). This way you will not lose your money due to
cancellation fees. We will keep your money safe and you will be able to
re-book your tour.
You can transfer your credit to a friend or family member
at no extra cost.
If there is no other option than cancellation, we want to make sure that
you know that we have the most flexible and extremely friendly cancellation and
refund policy on the market: you can cancel free of charge up to 24
hours before your departure time.
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the
departure time. For any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or without
showing, no refund will be given. Reservations made
within 24 hours are final and cannot
be modified/cancelled.

If you do not know the new date, but you are sure you will travel to
area in the future, we suggest that you convert the amount paid
into a credit (voucher credit), which will be used for future
reservations. You can also transfer your credit to a friend or
family member at no additional cost.

Yes. If your reservation is cancelled at least 24 hours before
departure of the tour, you will be refunded according to
cancellation policy.
Depends on the banks/credit card company. Our
customer service processes the refund once we receive the
cancellation request.
The amount will be refunded to your credit/debit card or
PayPal/Bank account used for the payment.
Prices for Private Services (Tours, Transfers) are per group
persons (group) and vary depending on the size of your group. On each
browse page, you will find the availability calendar with the corresponding
set prices.

Our private tours and private transfers include:
– Door to door service with pick up and delivery where needed
– Professional driver with English language skills
– Transportation with a fully equipped 9 seater minivan (8 seater)
– All taxes, tolls and fuel
– No hidden costs or last minute charges.
Not included (unless optionally booked and specified
on the confirmation voucher):
– Tickets (if available)
– Local professional licensed guides at selected locations
– Meals and personal expenses
Make sure that what you are buying exactly matches your needs. Each
tour page clearly specifies what is included and what is not as well as
available options.
Add an optional service to your private tour and
customize it to suit your needs. It could be
tickets to an archaeological site, a local professional licensed tour guide
or lunch at a local restaurant in the area, etc.
On our website you can pay using, MasterCard, Visa,
PayPal. For bookings by phone or email, you can pay via
bank transfer, Visa or MasterCard.
Your payment is 100% secure.
You can pay in cash (currency in euros), directly to the driver at
at the end of the day, and at the time of booking you will be asked to provide
your credit card details, just to secure your
reservation (you will not be charged).
You should expect to receive an email within a few minutes of booking with your confirmation voucher.
The confirmation time of your reservation depends on the tour or private transfer. Some tours are confirmed immediately at the time of booking, while others are confirmed within 24 hours of booking. Check the ‘Important Information’ section of the tour or private transfer you are interested in and you will know when your booking will be confirmed.
Check if our email is in your spam folder or if not, contact us! Note: during the booking process, be careful when entering your email address, the confirmation voucher will be sent to the email you provided when booking.
